This Palo Verde tree had been losing large branches for the past few years. At 11am on a calm day this large branch cracked and fell into the front yard. Upon inspection we discovered the cause of the problem. The tree had an odd odor and was infected with fungus in the trunk. It was only a matter of time before the rest cracked and fell. We safely removed the remainder of the tree to protect the house below.
